Copying a PDS or Member to Another Data Set

z/OS DFSMS Using Data Sets

In a TSO/E session, you can use the OCOPY command to copy any of these data sets:
  • A PDS or PDSE member to a UNIX file
  • A UNIX file to a PDS or PDSE member
  • A PDS or PDSE member to another member
  • A PDS or PDSE member to a sequential data set
  • A sequential data set to a PDS or PDSE member
