If you use VSAM record-level sharing (RLS), the AMS SHCDS CFREPAIR or CFREPAIRDS command should be used. When a catalog is recovered, but before making the catalog available, either use the CFREPAIR command to reconstruct critical RLS information in the catalog or use the CFREPAIRDS command to correct the RLS information for individual RLS data sets. The catalog must be import connected on all systems to the master catalog before the CFREPAIR or CFREPAIRDS command can be used (see Recovering Shared Catalogs).
