The record selection criteria

The record selection criteria has a name consisting of the report member name followed by CNTL (e.g. SELUCNTL). Record selection is performed using DFSORT control statements, such as SORT and INCLUDE. An example of a record selection member is shown in Figure 1. This is the report selection member SELUCNTL, which is the selection criteria for the "Selected User" report.
