IRR66020I [Allocation | Deallocation] for dsname failed with
error code code. ExplanationThe utility issued a dynamic allocation request (SVC 99) to allocate or deallocate the RACF® data set dsname. However, the return code from dynamic allocation was unexpected. Programmer responseCheck the return code from the SVC 99 in z/OS MVS™ Authorized Assembler Services Guide and correct the problem. If the error took place during deallocation processing, the stage value might be incremented. Rerun the job to check or increment the stage value.
