Explanation
The indicated user ID is not deleted from the RACF® database because the user
profile indicates that distributed identity mapping profiles still
exist for the user in the IDIDMAP class. All associated mapping profiles
for this user must be deleted using the RACMAP command before the
user ID can be deleted.

DELUSER command processing ends for this user.

Issue the RACMAP command with the LISTMAP keyword
to examine the user's mapping information. Issue the RACMAP command
with the DELMAP keyword to delete the distributed identity information
in the user profile and the associated mapping profiles for this user.
