Define a profile in the PROGRAM class
to protect the program indicated by the message.
If IDENTIFY
is specified, a program that is not defined to RACF in the PROGRAM class used the IDENTIFY
service to define program-name as an entry point. In this case,
the initial program must be a MAIN or BASIC program if it is in ENHANCED
mode and you need to use the EXECUTE control or Program Access to
Data Sets (PADS). The initial program must at least be defined to RACF for the other functions that
require a clean environment.
