PASS PHRASE CHANGE REJECTED BY INSTALLATION PASS PHRASE EXIT

Explanation

The proposed password phrase, as specified in the PHRASE operand on the ADDUSER command, is rejected by the installation password phrase exit, ICHPWX11.

System action

RACF® ignores the operand and continues command processing with the next operand.

See your RACF security administrator for the rules regarding new password phrases.
