Explanation
The node definition for node-name does not
contain a host address specification so the TARGET command cannot
establish a connection.  If SYSNAME information is present in this
message, the node node-name is a multisystem node and SYSNAME system-name is
a member system of that node.

Operator response
Assign a host address to the remote node by
using the TARGET command and attempt to make the node operative again.
