ICH21037I PASS PHRASE CHANGE REJECTED DUE TO INSTALLATION MINIMUM CHANGE
INTERVAL ExplanationThe ALTUSER command detected that an insufficient number of days passed since your last password phrase change. System actionRACF® ignores the operand and continues command processing with the next operand. User responseContact your security administrator to determine your installation's minimum password change interval because it also applies to password phrases, and reset your password phrase if it is compromised.
