or ICH15042A was issued and this WTOR is requesting a response by
the operator.

System action
If the response is one of the expected keywords,
it is accepted. If the response is not one of the expected keywords,
ICH15040I is issued, and then ICH15041A  is reissued.

Operator response
Respond to the scenario proffered by one the
following WTOs: ICH15033A, ICH15034A, or ICH15042A. Ensure that you
use a complete keyword that the specific WTO is expecting.
