The option-name option cannot be activated because the SECLABEL class is inactive.

Explanation

The SETROPTS command was issued in attempting to activate the MLFSOBJ, MLIPCOBJ or SECLBYSYS option, but the SECLABEL class is not active.

System action

The option specified by option-name was not activated.

User response

Reissue the command after activating the SECLABEL class.
