MEMBER memname IS IN READ-ONLY MODE.

Explanation

The RACF® member memname experienced a problem that prevented it from participating in data sharing. The member has automatically entered read-only mode to prevent destroying cache and data coherency of the data sharing group.

System action

RACF enters read-only mode. Updates to the RACF databases are not allowed from this system.

Notify your system programmer.
