IXLEERSP service failed on member memname for structure strname corresponding to RACF database dbname. IXLEERSP return code is retcode and reason code is rsncode.

Explanation

Member memname was unsuccessful in issuing the IXLEERSP service for the coupling facility structure with return code retcode and reason code rsncode.

System action

The member that experienced this error enters or remains in read-only mode and disconnects from the structure strname.
