4
The subsystem does not support this function.
8
The subsystem exists, but is not active.
12
The subsystem is not defined in the IEFSSNxx parmlib member.
16
The function has not completed.  This is a disastrous error.
20
The SSOB or SSIB have incorrect lengths or formats.
24
The SSI has not been initialized.

A return code of 4, 16, 20 or 24 indicates a RACF® code problem.  Report this
message to the IBM® support center.
