IRRT033I The local node is not defined. RACLINK command cannot be
processed. ExplanationRACF® is unable to locate the local node. This message is sent to the RACLINK issuer. System actionThe RACLINK command stops processing. No user ID association is defined. System programmer responseIssue the TARGET command to identify the local node. User responseVerify that this is the correct node to be sending commands to. If it is, contact your system programmer to have the local node defined to RACF.
