RACLINK to associate userid userid with node.userid failed. Associations to the same userid on the same node are not permitted.

Explanation

A RACLINK DEFINE command was issued to define an association with the same user ID on the same node. This message is sent to the TSO terminal of the RACLINK issuer.

System action

Processing for this RACLINK command stops. No user ID association is defined.
