IRRP017I The requested association could not be {defined | approved
| deleted | retrieved | updated} because user userid is
not RACF defined. ExplanationThe association specified on the RACLINK LIST, DEFINE, APPROVE, or UNDEFINE command could not be located because the target user ID is not defined to RACF®. The source user ID might have been updated. This message is sent to the TSO terminal of the RACLINK issuer or the target user. System actionRACLINK command processing completes. User responseEither add the target user ID by way of the ADDUSER command or contact your RACF administrator to do so. After the problem has been corrected, try the command again.
