APPC RECEIVE TRANSACTION PROGRAM OPERATING UNDER USER ID userid GROUP group-name.

Explanation

This message is written to the SYSLOG after the program that receives APPC messages completes its initialization. The program now notifies APPC that it is ready to handle any messages from the indicated node. This is an informational message.
