HAS ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR. ABEND CODE IS abend-code. ExplanationThe RACF® subsystem RACLINK task abended for the indicated subsystem. This message is written to the SYSLOG. System actionThe RACF subsystem continues processing without this RACLINK task. Operator responseTake the steps indicated by for z/OS MVS System Codes the abend and reason code that was displayed when the subtask abended. When the problem is resolved, restart the RACLINK subtask by using the RESTART command.
