the named user, but the user is not defined to RACF:
A directed command
An automatically directed command
An automatically directed password
A password synchronization request
An automatically directed application update
This message is issued with IRRC010I.

System action
Command processing fails to complete.

User response
If the command was a directed command from another
node, the command issuer should correct the user name in the AT keyword.
If the command was an automatically directed command from another
node, contact your RACF security
administrator.
