Explanation

The data set defined by the SYSRACF DD statement for the IRRMIN00 utility does not have a blocksize of 4096.

System action

Updating of the RACF® database is ended.

Operator response

Notify the systems programmer.

System programmer response

Make sure that the data set specified by the SYSRACF DD statement is a valid RACF data set. Rerun the IRRMIN00 utility.
