ExplanationThe ICB cannot be written back to the specified output database after it is updated with the necessary RACF® options. System actionUtility processing stops. System programmer responseSpecify a SYSUDUMP control card on the JCL used to invoke the utility so that the register contents can be viewed. Register 15 contains the status indicators and a pointer to the error analysis routine.
