Message ICH501I follows this message. System actionRACF is not activated. Operator responseContact the systems programmer. System programmer responseCheck the RACF installation procedure to determine the reason the RACF manager's load module is missing from the load library. Ensure that the manager's load module is present on the load library before attempting to activate RACF.
