ICH408I WARNING: DATA SET NOT CATALOGED ExplanationThis error occurs when the SETROPTS CATDSNS(WARNING) option is in effect, and RACF® detects an unauthorized attempt to access an uncataloged data set. System actionRACF allows the requested access. User responseCatalog the data set and attempt the access again. Note: If
the SETROPTS CATDSNS(FAILURES) command is issued before the data set
is cataloged, RACF fails any
subsequent access attempts.
