Explanation

Different security labels are associated with the submitter and the job and neither one dominates the other.

System action

RACF® allows the job to execute.

User response

If you can specify security labels, ensure that you are using the correct security labels for your logon session and job submission. If the system is not in COMPATMODE, this job fails.
