Explanation
This error occurs when RACF® detects an unauthorized attempt to define
a resource that has a security label associated with it.

System action
RACF allows
the request to complete.

User response
If the security label is misspelled, try again.
You might need to log off and log on again with a different security
label. For a list of security labels you can specify, enter the following RACF command:     SEARCH CLASS(SECLABEL)
