DEFINE - RESOURCE NOT PROTECTED

Explanation

This error occurs when RACF® detects an unauthorized attempt to define a resource that requires RACF protection, such as an MVS™ data set when the SETROPTS PROTECTALL option is in effect.

System action

RACF prevents the request from completing.
