or groups.

System action
The job ends with return code 8.

User response
Notify your system programmer.

Programmer response
Increase the REGION JCL parameter as much
as possible and rerun the job.  If this fails, try submitting a multistep
job with the user options (data sets/groups) distributed among two
or more job steps. Watch for ICH66138I or ICH66137I messages and instructions
that might accompany the initial multistep jobs submitted.
