Explanation
The system is enabled for sysplex communication
and an error occurred when RACF® attempted
to update the global access table on this system.
Note: This message
is displayed in uppercase when issued to the operator console.

System action
If the error occurred on the coordinating system,
the command is not propagated or processed. If the error occurred
on a peer system and the coordinating system is running in data sharing
mode, the command stops processing on all systems. Otherwise, processing
continues on systems where the command can be processed successfully.
