SMF type-30 (subtype 4) records contain useful information on the resource consumption of a particular job step. These include:

• CPU time (total, and broken down by field)
• Elapsed time
• EXCPs (total, and broken down by device)
• Device connect time, broken down by device
• Paging statistics
