DFSORT's most efficient techniques, FLR-Blockset (for fixed-length records) and VLR-Blockset (for variable-length records), will be used for most merging applications. Note: If Blockset is not selected, you can use a SORTDIAG
DD statement to force message ICE800I, which gives a code indicating
why Blockset cannot be used.
