 The operator entered a $TA command and the
response indicates the contents of the command element being created,
displayed, modified, or deleted. If the operator is attempting to
alter or create an automatic command element and a diagnostic message
precedes this message, the element will be deleted.
 The fields
in the message text are:  xxxx
The user-defined or system-defined automatic command identifier.
hh.mm.ss
Time of the current day to enter the command(s) indicated by text.
ssss
Time interval between each command.
console
The 2- to 8-character console name and optional console area specified
in the automatic command. This parameter only affects the response
to the $TA command. To redirect the response to the automatic command,
you must specify an L=console within the quotes
of the command text.
text
The command(s) to enter at the time indicated.
