 In the message text: rc
rc identified the type of queue error detected.
Reason codes X'80' to X'FF' are errors encountered
in the output queue.

 JES2 found an error in the output job queues
during verification. JES2 attempted to correct the error, but that
recovery process failed because of either an abend or a JES2 catastrophic
error. If the operator requests, JES2 will attempt to recover from
the error by totally rebuilding the JOT.

System action
 JES2 waits for the operator to reply.

Operator response
 Notify the system programmer of the error
and respond to this message.
 If JES2 should rebuild the output
queues, reply Y to this message. The FIFO queuing structure will be
lost in the rebuild process. Some output may also be lost.
 If JES2 should not rebuild the output queues, reply N to this message.
JES2 issues the $HASP428 message and then ends.

System programmer response
 Use the indicative dump and the SVC
dump (if any) to diagnose and correct the error.
