 VALID RESPONSES ARE:  'RESTART' - DISCONNECT AND RESTART ALL ACTIVE NJE LINES
'DISC' - DISCONNECT ALL ACTIVE NJE LINES
'CONT' - DO NOT DISCONNECT ACTIVE NJE LINES

 The network path manager has failed. A recovery attempt,
which included rebuilding the path manager control blocks, received
errors too serious to continue. This message requests the operator
to reinitialize all network job entry (NJE) resources in an attempt
to restart networking functions.

System action
 JES2 issues message $HASP272 prompting the operator
or system programmer to enter a valid response to $HASP503. If the
operator or system programmer enters a response other than one listed
in the message text, JES2 issues message $HASP299 until a correct
response is entered.

Operator response
 Contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
 If the failures are infrequent, disconnecting
and restarting the nodes may be adequate recovery. However, frequent
failures require that you restart the nodes manually with additional
debugging aids, for example, traces, in place.
