If this message is issued in response to a $DU, $S, $P, or $E command, only UNIT= and STATUS= may be displayed. Otherwise, the message displays all the keywords on the LINE(nnnn) statement that are related to this type of line (SNA or BSC, as defined by the UNIT= parameter) and their current values. The description of the LINE(nnnn) statement in z/OS JES2 Initialization and Tuning Reference explains most of the keywords. Further information can be found under $HASP603. In the message text:
The STATUS= keyword displays the current status of the device. The possible values for status are listed below, where rname or nname is optionally displayed, indicating the remote name (RMTnnnn) or node name for which the line is currently in use or permanently assigned. In the STATUS= text:
