JES2 issues this message in response to a DISPLAY initialization control statement or $D command that specified the OPTSDEF initialization statement. If issued during initialization, this message displays all the keywords defined on the OPTSDEF statement and their current values. If issued after initialization has completed, this message displays only certain OPTSDEF keywords in addition to the type of start that was performed (STARTYPE=stype).

keyword
The name of the keyword.
value
The value of the keyword.
stype
The type of start performed.
