>>-FUTURE AUTOMATIC FORWARDING OF CKPTn------------------------->

>-- IS SUSPENDED UNTIL NEWCKPTn--IS RESPECIFIED.---------------->

>--ISSUE $T CKPTDEF,NEWCKPTn=(...)--TO RESPECIFY---------------><

The driving member issues this message after completing a checkpoint reconfiguration where the CKPTn data set was forwarded (or attempted to forward) to a NEWCKPTn. The NEWCKPTn data set is now undefined.

System action

Processing continues. This message is highlighted and is not deleted until you specify a NEWCKPTn by issuing a $T CKPTDEF command on any member, or the member that issued this message terminates.

Operator response

Use the $T CKPTDEF command to specify a new replacement data set for NEWCKPTn. Otherwise, if JES2 needs to enter a reconfiguration in the future, it will be unable to complete automatically; operator involvement would be necessary at that time to specify a NEWCKPTn data set.
