 During signon processing for a remote terminal,
the processor control element (PCE) failed to attach because of the
reason indicated by rc. PCEs are required for the
unit record devices (such as printers, punches, and readers) attached
to the remote terminal.
 In the message text:  nnnn
The number of the remote terminal.
lna
The line number.
rc
The return code.

 Possible values of rc are:
 RC=04
Indicates not enough virtual storage was available for the $PCE.
RC=08
Indicates the EXIT27 routine denied the attach of the $PCE.

System action
 signon processing for the remote terminal ends.

Operator response
 Notify the system programmer.

System programmer response
 If the PCE was unable to attach because
of a virtual storage constraint, determine why the private area of
the JES2 address space is exhausted and attempt to correct the problem.
It is possible that the JES2 parameters specified allow only a relatively
limited number of remote terminals to be signed on at any one time.
 If the EXIT27 routine denied the attach of the PCE, determine
why and correct the problem.
