Explanation

 A command received by JES2 to be issued on
a node is greater than the text length allowed. The optional section
appears in situation when message cannot be sent to the command originator
and is sent to this system console instead, the originator is known,
and the originator is not this node.
 In the message text:
 cmdmsg
The first nine bytes of the command.
nodename
The node name of the originator.

System action
 JES2 returns the command to the issuer and processing
continues.

Operator response
 Reissue the command with a valid text length.
