 JES2 at the receiving node was not able to
obtain enough storage to initiate a request to the security product
to validate the origin of the command.
 In the message text:
 command
The text of the command.

System action
 The receiving node ignores the command. (This
message is issued to the operator at the issuing node only.)

Operator response
 Reenter the command. If the condition persists,
notify the system programmer at the receiving node.

System programmer response
 Determine why there is insufficient
storage in the JES2 address space and correct the problem. Notify
the operator at the issuing node that the command can be reentered.
