>>-CANNOT RESTART JES2, IPL REQUIRED---------------------------><

JES2 issues this notice message in response to a $JDJES or a $JDSTATUS monitor command. This message indicates that JES2 has terminated and cannot be restarted without IPLing the system. This occurs when JES2 suspects that the integrity of the checkpoint data has been lost which could allow multiple instances of the same job to be running on two systems. JES2 also issues this message in response to a $PJES2,TERM command. This message is normally preceded by a $HASP9151 JES2 ADDRESS SPACE NOT ACTIVE message.
