 JES2 issues this message in response to a
$JSTOP monitor command before the address space is stopped.

System action
 JES2 starts the JES2 monitor address space termination
processing. When the monitor address space has stopped, JES2 issues
the $HASP9085 message. If the JES2 address space is still active,
JES2 automatically restarts the monitor address space within a few
minutes.
