Explanation
 JES2 received a signon network connection control
record on line lna. The encrypted string in the
signon record does not match the expected value. This is either because
the encryption key specified on the other end of the connection does
not match the encryption key on this end of the connection, or the
other end of the connection is not using a secure signon protocol.

System action
 JES2 rejects the signon record.

Operator response
 Verify that the encryption key specified
in the APPCLU profile for this node and the adjacent node are correct.

System programmer response
 This problem can be caused if a node
was IPLed with a time-of-day clock value that is less than that used
when the system was brought down.  If this is the case, NJE cannot
be restarted until the time-of-day clock has reached the CES last
associated with the connection. Use the $D CONNECT command to display
the CES associated with a connection.
