Explanation
 A node attempted to sign on to a line connected
to this system but the value of their connection event sequence (CES)
is greater than the sum of the TOD clock plus the value of TIMETOL
specified on the NJEDEF initialization statement.

System action
 JES2 rejects the signon attempt.

Operator response
 Either increase the value of the NJEDEF TIMETOL
parameter or correct the time on one of the two systems involved.
Note: To correct the time, re-IPL the system. Do not use the MVS
SET command to set the time.
