The NMsec_REFRESH_IKETUN request consists of the NMsecMessageHdr field and one request record.

Refreshes an IKE tunnel. Contains a single record that has one section, NMsecTunnel (described in Table 1). The NMsecTunnel section identifies the IKE tunnel to be refreshed.
