EZD1912I No SharedKey was specified in KeyExchangeRule ( KERname )
and KeyExchangeOffers in KeyExchangeAction ( KEAname ) require PresharedKey
authentication ExplanationOne or more of the KeyExchangeOffer objects that are available for use by the specified KeyExchangeRule object was configured to use PresharedKey to authenticate peers, but the KeyExchangeRule object did not specify a SharedKey to be used. In the message
