Explanation
 The Federal Information Processing Standard 140
(FIPS 140) function is not enabled for the IKE daemon.  Cryptographic
 operations might be performed by cryptographic modules that do not
follow the Level 1 security requirements of Federal Information Processing
 Standard (FIPS) publication 140-2.

System action
 IKE daemon processing continues.

 None

System programmer response
 If FIPS 140 support is required for
the IKE daemon, then configure FIPS140 Yes  on the IkeConfig
statement in the IKED configuration file; otherwise, no  action is
needed.
