Explanation
 The Communications Server SMTP (CSSMTP) application
processed the TargetServer  statements in the configuration file during
initialization of the application or as a result of the MODIFY REFRESH
command or MODIFY REFRESHIPLIST command.   IP addresses and their
attributes were updated as a result of the TargetServer  statements.

 In the message text:  jobname
The job name of the task that started the CSSMTP application.

 CSSMTP processing continues.
