Explanation
 The Communications Server SMTP (CSSMTP) application
processed the TargetServer  statements in the configuration file as
a result of the MODIFY REFRESH command  or MODIFY REFRESHIPLIST command.
No updated IP addresses were resolved from the TargetServer configuration
statements. The current IP addresses will continue to be used.   
 In
the message text:  jobname
The job name of the task that started the CSSMTP application.

 CSSMTP processing continues.
