Explanation
 The Communications Server SMTP (CSSMTP) application
cannot write to the log  file configured on the LOGFILE DD in the
started procedure.   Some common reasons for the failure are that
the log file was not large enough or there are system storage problems.
 This message might be generated when the log level is changed and
the error condition still exists. CSSMTP changes the log level dynamically
when it starts and stops, so this message can appear multiple times. 
 In
the message text:  jobname
The job name of the task that started the CSSMTP application.

System action
 The CSSMTP application continues processing without
logging.

 Contact the system programmer.

Reference for information about configuring LOGFILE
DD for the CSSMTP application.
 If the  storage issue or log
file problem is resolved, then issue the MODIFY LOGLEVEL command or
the MODIFY REFRESH command to try and restart logging.
